Who will be on the deficit super-committee?

Here are some of the names being mentioned for membership on the deficit super-committee.

In the Senate:

Kent Conrad (D-ND), Senate Budget Committee Chairman
Dick Durbin (D-IL), Majority Whip, backed Bowles-Simpson debt commission findings
Sen. Mike Crapo (R-ID), backed Bowles-Simpson debt commission findings
Max Baucus (D-MT), Finance Committee Chairman
Jeff Sessions (R-AL), the ranking member on the Budget Committee
Jon Kyl (R-AZ), Minority Whip who served on the debt panel led by Biden
Mike Johanns (R-NE), a Gang of Six backer
Rob Portman (R-OH), who previously served as President George W. Bush’s budget director and has advised top GOP leaders in this year’s debt talks
Tom Harkin (D-IA), liberal favorite
Sherrod Brown (D-OH), liberal favorite

In the House:

Eric Cantor (R-VA), a member of the Biden group
Paul Ryan (R-WI), Budget Committee Chairman.
Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), Budget’s ranking member
Jeb Hensarling (R-TX), Chair, House Republican Conference
Dave Camp (R-MI), Chairman of House Ways and Means Committee, served on the Obama commission
