First Read at MSNBC says Alfredo Ortiz, Cain's Georgia-based press secretary has told NBC News that Herman Cain will make a "major announcement" about his candidacy tomorrow in Atlanta. No word on what that announcement might be but speculation is that Cain will bow out. Then again, the specs have been wrong before.
