The next time your Republican and Tea Party friends start
spouting off about how we need a smaller government, show them this video and
ask them which of these government accomplishments that have made so much of a
difference in the lives of every American they wish the government HAD NOT
done. The video begins with a truth that
FDR spoke but that too many Americans have forgotten:
Let us not be afraid
to help each other—Let us never forget that GOVERNMENT IS OURSELVES AND NOT AN ALIEN POWER OVER US.
If you hate the U.S.
government, you hate YOURSELF AND YOUR NEIGHBORS because we live my friends in
a country in which the people rule. We
