4 in 10 think allegations against Cain are true

39% of Americans who have heard about the sexual harassment charges against Herman Cain believe they are true according to a new Pew Research poll. 24% think the charges are false. Numbers are reversed among Republicans--39% of Republicans think the charges are false, 29% think they are true.  51% of Democrats think the charges are true.  Nearly half (46%) of Republican women think the allegations are false.  Only 1/3^rd of Republican men think they are false.  Amazingly, 23% of Americans say they haven’t heard anything at all about the charges.
