Attempted Rape is Just a “Hiccup”? That’s What Republicans Think

Republican Senator Dean Heller (Nev) has finally said what most Republicans believe.  The attempted rape charges against Kavanaugh are just a “hiccup” on his way to confirmation a justice on the Supreme Court.  Republicans plan to move ahead to put Kavanaugh on the court after a pretend-investigation of charges that, in truth, they don’t really see as that serious or disqualifying even if proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to be true.  You see, in the hearts and minds or the white male Republicans attempted rape is excusable in “boys will be boys” terms.  It is just a "hiccup." See: https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/onpolitics/2018/09/20/dean-heller-brett-kavanaugh-hiccup/1366860002/

What about it women voters of America?  Is it okay to treat attempted rape as “just a hiccup”?  I don’t think so.  Heller and the rest of them needed to be hiccuped out of office.
